Job Description
  1. Conduct in-process inspections on the production line to ensure product quality.
  2. Perform visual, dimensional, and functional checks of components and assemblies.
  3. Detect defects and non-conformances and report them for corrective action.
  4. Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation for all production lots.
  5. Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve quality issues.
  6. Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety guidelines, and company policies.
  7. Assist in process audits and recommend improvements to enhance product quality.
  8. Use measurement tools and instruments for precise inspection.
  9. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  10. Support continuous improvement initiatives on the production line
