Job Description
  1. Develop and implement quality control policies, procedures, and SOPs
  2. Monitor and control in-process and final product quality
  3. Lead and manage the QC team and inspectors
  4. Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001 / IATF / industry norms)
  5. Handle non-conformances, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
  6. Coordinate with production, engineering, and procurement teams
  7. Oversee incoming material inspection
  8. Prepare and maintain quality reports, records, and MIS
  9. Support internal and external audits
  10. Ensure implementation of quality tools (7 QC tools, SPC, CAPA)
  11. Drive continuous improvement and cost-of-quality reduction
  12. Handle customer complaints and quality-related escalations
