Job Description
  1. Supervise quality inspection of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
  2. Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
  3. Monitor production processes and identify defects or quality deviations.
  4. Conduct visual inspections and coordinate dimensional or physical testing where required.
  5. Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and rejection reports.
  6. Investigate quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
  7. Coordinate with production teams to minimize defects and rework.
  8. Guide QC inspectors and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
  9. Support internal audits and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
