Job Description

Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, etc.
Prepare and manage SOPs, Work Instructions, Process Documents.
Lead internal quality audits and coordinate external audits.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Prepare and monitor APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC documentation.
Oversee daily QC operations—incoming, in-process & final inspection.
Ensure product testing, sampling, and inspection meet quality standards.
Develop inspection plans, checklists, and quality parameters.
Analyze quality defects and take corrective action with production teams.
