Job Description
  1. Analyze business and technical requirements to design effective test plans and test cases.
  2. Perform manual and/or automated testing of software applications.
  3. Identify, record, and track software defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or Trello.
  4. Conduct various types of testing — functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT.
  5. Verify bug fixes and ensure timely resolution of reported issues.
  6. Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure quality across the development lifecycle.
  7. Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, results, and QA reports.
  8. Contribute to improving QA processes, automation coverage, and testing efficiency.
  9. Ensure compliance with company standards and customer expectations.
