Job Description
  1. Analyze requirements and prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  2. Conduct manual and/or automated testing to identify software defects and inconsistencies.
  3. Execute different types of testing such as functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT.
  4. Document defects clearly and track them using tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or TestRail.
  5. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  6. Validate bug fixes and retest affected functionality.
  7. Ensure software compliance with company and client standards.
  8. Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
