Job Description
  1. Write, maintain, and execute test cases (manual).
  2. Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.
  3. Identify, log, and track defects using bug-tracking tools.
  4. Work closely with developers to reproduce and diagnose bugs.
  5. Validate fixes and perform re-testing / regression testing.
  6. Create clear and concise test documentation (test plans, test reports).
  7. Participate in requirement review to provide input on testability.
  8. Support QA process improvements and suggest better testing practices.
  9. (If needed) Assist in setting up automation scripts (optional role).
  10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders (dev team, product team) about quality issues.
