Job Description
  1. Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  2. Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements.
  3. Execute manual test cases to ensure software meets business requirements.
  4. Identify, log, and track software defects and issues using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
  5. Perform regression, functional, integration, and system testing.
  6. Work with developers to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve defects.
  7. Assist in automation testing (if applicable) using tools like Selenium, QTP, or Cypress.
  8. Prepare test reports and present findings to the team.
  9. Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
  10. Participate in team meetings and agile/scrum ceremonies.
