Job Description
  1. Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods for compliance with quality standards.
  2. Conduct physical, visual, and functional testing of products.
  3. Record and maintain inspection data, reports, and quality documentation.
  4. Identify defects, deviations, or non-conformance issues and report to the production/QA team.
  5. Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation.
  6. Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, GMP, etc. as applicable).
  7. Collaborate with production, packaging, and warehouse teams to maintain quality standards.
  8. Perform random sampling and audit checks during production runs.
  9. Maintain calibration and proper use of testing instruments.
  10. Support continuous improvement initiatives for quality enhancement.
