Job Description
  1. Plan and execute quality inspections for incoming, in-process, and final products
  2. Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  3. Ensure compliance with ISO / customer quality standards
  4. Perform root cause analysis and implement CAPA
  5. Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports
  6. Conduct internal audits and support external audits
  7. Coordinate with production, engineering, and suppliers on quality issues
  8. Monitor process quality and defect reduction initiatives
  9. Handle customer complaints and quality improvements
  10. Support continuous improvement activities (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma)
