Job Description
  1. Inspect and test materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
  2. Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection standards.
  3. Monitor production processes to identify areas for quality improvement.
  4. Handle non-conformance reports (NCR) and ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  5. Maintain records of quality inspections, test results, and calibration reports.
  6. Collaborate with the production and design teams to resolve quality issues.
  7. Conduct root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
  8. Support internal and external audits (ISO, customer audits, etc.).
  9. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other quality management standards.
  10. Train operators and team members on quality procedures and inspection techniques.
