Job Description
  1. Monitor and control quality in the power bank assembly process
  2. Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections
  3. Conduct testing of PCB, battery cells, charging modules, and finished products
  4. Handle root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and customer complaints
  5. Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  6. Maintain quality documentation and reports
  7. Coordinate with production and R&D teams for process improvement
  8. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality policies
  9. Perform failure analysis and reliability testing
  10. Monitor rejection rates and reduce defects through continuous improvement
