Job Description
  1. Monitor in-process and final quality of USB cables (Type-A, Type-C, Micro USB, etc.)
  2. Conduct incoming raw material inspection (Copper wire, connectors, PVC, etc.)
  3. Perform electrical testing (continuity, resistance, insulation, Hi-Pot testing)
  4. Ensure compliance with USB standards and customer specifications
  5. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and customer complaints
  6. Implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)
  7. Maintain quality reports, inspection records, and test documentation
  8. Reduce rejection rates and improve first-pass yield (FPY)
  9. Coordinate with production, maintenance, and supplier teams
  10. Support audits (ISO / Customer audits)
