Job Description
  1. Lead QA/QC activities for casting, machining and finished products.
  2. Manage incoming, in-process and final inspection.
  3. Coordinate third-party inspection and PDI activities.
  4. Ensure compliance with ISO and internal quality standards.
  5. Handle customer complaints, NCR, CAPA and root-cause analysis.
  6. Monitor quality of pumps, components and machining processes.
  7. Maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.
  8. Coordinate with Production, Stores and Engineering teams.
