Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead R&D projects from concept to completion, including planning, execution, testing, and documentation.
Develop new products and improve existing ones based on customer feedback, market research, and technological advancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and marketing to ensure successful product launches.
Conduct experiments, analyze results, and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and internal quality protocols.
Maintain accurate records of research findings, formulas, and processes.
Identify and integrate new materials, technologies, and innovations to enhance product offerings.
Monitor industry trends and competitor products to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
Manage R&D team members, assign tasks, and oversee day-to-day operations of the department.
