Job Description
  1. Manage regional sales, operations, and team performance across assigned districts.
  2. Build strong relationships with channel partners (distributors, dealers, retailers).
  3. Promote and sell agri-input products like pesticides, insecticides, fertilizers, etc.
  4. Conduct farmer awareness programs, field demos, and product trials.
  5. Monitor crop-wise and season-wise product demand and market trends.
  6. Ensure timely product availability in the region.
  7. Recruit, train, and manage field staff (TSMs, ASMs, FAs).
  8. Ensure recovery/collections from channel partners.
  9. Report sales performance and regional insights to Zonal Manager.
