  4. Replace faulty parts and ensure proper functioning of all components.
  5. Conduct testing and calibration of RO units before and after service.
  6. Maintain accurate service records and customer reports.
  7. Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding RO systems.
  8. Follow safety protocols and comply with company standards.
  9. Coordinate with the warehouse or workshop for spare parts and tools.
