Job Description

Ensure implementation of safety protocols, PPE usage, and risk control measures on site/factory
Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for workers and staff
Identify workplace hazards and conduct risk assessments
Monitor safety compliance as per statutory and industry standards
Maintain safety records, reports, and accident registers
Investigate incidents and near-misses, and recommend preventive actions
Coordinate emergency response plans, fire drills, and evacuation procedures
Ensure legal compliance with health and safety laws (e.g., Factories Act, BOCW Act)
