Implement and enforce all plant safety procedures and government regulations.

Conduct regular safety inspections in production, maintenance, furnace, rolling mill, and crane areas.

Monitor the use of PPE and ensure compliance by all workers and contractors.

Identify hazards and assess risks, and take corrective actions to prevent accidents.

Investigate incidents and near-misses, and prepare reports with root cause analysis.

Organize safety drills (fire, emergency evacuation) and first-aid awareness programs.

Maintain safety records including permits, checklists, training logs, and inspection reports.
