Job Description

Coordinate with clients to process orders, quotations, and inquiries.
Assist the sales team in daily operations and administrative tasks.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems.
Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance tracking for management review.
Communicate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.
Support marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.
Respond to customer queries and provide after-sales support.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in sales operations.
