Job Description
  1. Greet and engage customers visiting the showroom or contacting online/inbound inquiries.
  2. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate 2-wheeler models.
  3. Conduct product presentations, test rides, and demonstrations.
  4. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and showroom KPIs.
  5. Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
  6. Process sales documentation, registration, and finance/insurance assistance.
  7. Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  8. Stay updated on new models, features, offers, and competitor products.
  9. Coordinate with the service, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  10. Maintain accurate sales records and reports in the CRM or dealership system.
