Job Description
  1. Coordinate and support the sales team in day-to-day operations.
  2. Manage client communication, follow-ups, and queries.
  3. Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and track performance metrics.
  4. Assist in order processing, invoicing, and documentation.
  5. Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate customer information.
  6. Support lead generation and follow-up activities.
  7. Schedule appointments, meetings, and sales calls for the team.
  8. Liaise with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  9. Monitor sales pipeline and provide insights to sales managers.
  10. Handle customer complaints or escalate issues to ensure client satisfaction.
