Job Description
  1. Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media to generate leads.
  2. Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify potential clients.
  3. Research and understand target industries and companies to identify opportunities.
  4. Manage and maintain leads and sales activities in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  5. Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos for the sales team.
  6. Support sales teams in achieving targets and revenue goals.
  7. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to internal stakeholders.
  8. Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach campaigns and messaging.
  9. Track and report sales metrics, KPIs, and lead conversion rates.
  10. Continuously improve sales processes and adopt best practices for lead engagement.
