Job Description
  1. Own and drive new business development for the US market
  2. Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking
  3. Identify client requirements and propose customized solutions
  4. Conduct sales calls, demos, and negotiations with US-based stakeholders
  5. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  6. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
  7. Coordinate with delivery, pre-sales, and technical teams
  8. Maintain long-term client relationships and upsell/cross-sell services
  9. Track market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
  10. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for leadership
