Job Description
  1. Manage end-to-end sales for ultra-luxury residential projects (₹10 Cr+ ticket size).
  2. Build and maintain relationships with HNI / UHNI / NRI clients, family offices, and wealth managers.
  3. Conduct exclusive site visits, private showings, and closed-door presentations.
  4. Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with luxury branding and positioning.
  5. Coordinate with marketing teams for curated campaigns, private events, and launches.
  6. Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and closing terms while protecting brand value.
  7. Maintain accurate CRM records, lead tracking, and sales forecasting.
  8. Collaborate with legal, finance, and CRM teams for documentation and closures.
  9. Stay updated on luxury market trends, competitor projects, and client preferences.
