Job Description
  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  2. Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  5. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  6. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
  7. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support sales initiatives.
  8. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals effectively.
  9. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support.
  10. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing training and development where necessary.
