Job Description
  1. Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities.
  2. Maintain and grow relationships with existing and potential clients.
  3. Achieve sales targets and revenue goals set by management.
  4. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and business opportunities.
  5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients.
  6. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients.
  7. Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation campaigns with sales strategy.
  8. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management.
  9. Mentor and guide junior BDEs or sales team members.
  10. Travel to meet clients and attend industry events or trade shows as needed.
