Job Description
  1. Supervise day-to-day execution of high-rise construction activities.
  2. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
  3. Monitor RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry and finishing works.
  4. Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.
  5. Check measurements and ensure proper material utilization.
  6. Monitor manpower and site productivity.
  7. Identify and resolve technical/site execution issues.
  8. Coordinate with QA/QC, planning and design teams.
  9. Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
  10. Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
