Job Description
  1. Develop, review, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
  2. Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure functionality, performance, and security of applications.
  3. Perform API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
  4. Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
  5. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  6. Mentor junior QA engineers and guide the QA team on best practices.
  7. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide QA input in planning and sprint reviews.
  8. Ensure compliance with quality standards and improve QA processes continuously.
  9. Generate reports on test results, defect trends, and release readiness.
