Job Description
  1. Handle end-to-end sales processes for residential and commercial real estate projects.
  2. Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and marketing activities.
  3. Conduct site visits, property presentations, and explain project details to clients.
  4. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  5. Negotiate deals, close sales, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  6. Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional activities and campaigns.
  7. Stay updated with property trends, competitor projects, and market conditions.
  8. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit them to management.
