Job Description
  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct sales, referrals, and networking.
  2. Generate and qualify leads, pitch products/services, and close sales effectively.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  4. Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and follow-ups.
  5. Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  6. Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize contracts.
  7. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
  8. Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
  9. Coordinate with marketing, production, and logistics teams for order fulfillment.
  10. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  11. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events (if applicable).
  12. Train and guide junior sales representatives when required.
