Job Description
  1. Supervise and manage site execution of civil, MEP, HVAC, or electrical projects
  2. Ensure quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) standards are maintained on site
  3. Monitor construction progress, manpower, and resource allocation
  4. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and project managers
  5. Review shop drawings, as-built drawings, and layouts
  6. Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and regulatory guidelines
  7. Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site diaries, and documentation
  8. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution using tools like MS Project / Primavera
  9. Resolve technical issues and on-site challenges efficiently
  10. Conduct material verification, testing, and inspection
