Job Description
  1. Manage end-to-end service transition lifecycle for new IT services and enhancements.
  2. Coordinate with project teams, operations, and stakeholders for smooth handover.
  3. Ensure proper documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer (KT) sessions are completed.
  4. Conduct risk assessment and impact analysis before go-live.
  5. Validate readiness of infrastructure, applications, and support teams.
  6. Ensure compliance with ITIL processes (Change, Release, Incident, Problem Management).
  7. Monitor post-go-live performance and ensure SLA adherence.
  8. Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  9. Support CAB (Change Advisory Board) reviews and approvals.
  10. Maintain service transition governance reports and metrics.
