Job Description
  1. Coordinate domestic and/or international shipments
  2. Prepare and verify shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, AWB, E-way Bill)
  3. Liaise with transporters, CHA, freight forwarders, and courier partners
  4. Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
  5. Handle export & import documentation and customs coordination
  6. Ensure compliance with Incoterms, HS Codes, DGFT norms
  7. Maintain shipment records, MIS reports, and documentation files
  8. Coordinate with warehouse and production teams for dispatch planning
  9. Resolve shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies
  10. Ensure cost-effective shipping and logistics operations
