Job Description
  1. Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
  2. Manage and grow brand presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  3. Create and schedule daily posts, stories, and reels using design and content tools.
  4. Coordinate with the design and content teams to produce creative and engaging posts.
  5. Conduct hashtag research and stay updated on trending topics.
  6. Manage paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) when required.
  7. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and maintain brand voice.
  8. Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and social media insights.
  9. Prepare monthly social media reports to evaluate engagement, reach, and ROI.
  10. Stay current with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates.
