  1. Provide software technical Support and training on calls and remote/online,
  2. Testing of new software and providing feedback for improvement,
  3. Build and promote strong and long-lasting relationship with clients,
  4. Have to do software installation and provide training to clients,
  5. Have to attend training sessions whenever required,
  6. Attend calls and provide solution,
  7. Solving assigned tasks based on estimated time,
