Job Description
  1. Lead design projects from concept to production.
  2. Develop 3D CAD models, technical drawings, and BOMs using software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, Creo, or NX.
  3. Perform design validation and simulation (FEM, FEA, stress analysis, thermal analysis, etc.).
  4. Collaborate with manufacturing, production, and quality teams to ensure feasibility and manufacturability.
  5. Optimize designs for cost, performance, and manufacturability.
  6. Review and approve designs created by junior engineers or designers.
  7. Conduct prototype development and testing, making necessary adjustments.
  8. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  9. Mentor and guide junior design engineers.
  10. Maintain technical documentation for designs and projects.
