Job Description
  1. Handle end-to-end medical billing and claims processing
  2. Coordinate with TPAs (Third Party Administrators) for claim settlements
  3. Generate, verify, and reconcile invoices for clients and hospitals
  4. Ensure timely submission of claims and follow up for reimbursements
  5. Maintain accurate records of all billing and payment transactions
  6. Prepare MIS reports for management and billing audits
  7. Assist in resolving discrepancies or disputes in bills and claims
  8. Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, hospitals, and clients
  9. Support internal audits and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  10. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams for smooth billing operations
