Job Description

Oversee end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Manage employee lifecycle: induction, training, engagement, performance evaluation, and exit formalities.
Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other labor laws.
Conduct training & development programs to upskill employees.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
Prepare HR reports and maintain HRMS/HRIS data accurately.
Support performance management cycle (goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews).
Collaborate with management to design compensation and benefits structures.
Participate in organizational development and change management initiatives.
Act as a point of contact for managers and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
