Job Description
  1. Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts for web, mobile, and backend applications.
  2. Perform functional, regression, API, and performance testing using automation tools.
  3. Implement and maintain test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or equivalent.
  4. Write reusable and maintainable automated test scripts in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  5. Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) to support continuous testing.
  6. Execute automated test suites, report results, and track defects in JIRA, TestRail, or similar tools.
  7. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to define test requirements and ensure quality standards.
  8. Conduct root cause analysis for defects and provide recommendations for prevention.
  9. Mentor junior QA engineers, providing technical guidance and best practices.
  10. Monitor and improve test coverage, automation efficiency, and test strategy.
