Job Description
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  2. Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, networking, and lead generation.
  3. Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular follow-ups.
  4. Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
  5. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
  6. Prepare quotations, proposals, and handle negotiation & closing of deals.
  7. Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM systems regularly.
  8. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance, support) for smooth order processing.
  9. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  10. Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
  11. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.
