Job Description
  1. Manage day-to-day store operations and inventory.
  2. Maintain inward/outward material records and stock registers.
  3. Handle purchase of raw materials, spares, consumables and other requirements.
  4. Coordinate with vendors for quotations, orders and timely deliveries.
  5. Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and avoid shortages.
  6. Verify purchase orders, invoices, GRNs and material quality.
  7. Coordinate with production, maintenance and accounts departments.
  8. Supervise store staff and maintain proper housekeeping.
