Job Description

Oversee and manage day-to-day store operations including inventory control, stock receiving, and dispatching.
Ensure accurate record-keeping of materials, products, and supplies in the system (manual or ERP/SAP).
Supervise store staff and assign tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
Conduct regular stock audits and physical verifications to minimize discrepancies.
Monitor reorder levels and coordinate with the purchase department for replenishment.
Maintain safe storage practices and ensure compliance with company policies.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management review.
Coordinate with production, accounts, and logistics departments for timely material flow.
Handle inward/outward documentation (GRN, Issue Slip, Delivery Challan, etc.).
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage.
