Job Description
  1. Manage daily store and warehouse operations.
  2. Receive, inspect and store incoming materials.
  3. Maintain records of stock receipts, issues, returns and transfers.
  4. Monitor stock levels and identify shortages/excess inventory.
  5. Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation.
  6. Maintain proper material identification and storage.
  7. Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts and other departments.
  8. Prepare inventory and stock reports.
  9. Supervise store staff and ensure smooth material movement.
  10. Follow FIFO/FEFO and company inventory procedures where applicable.
