Job Description
  1. Provide technical support to clients via call, email, chat, or ticketing system.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues.
  3. Install and configure software applications as per client requirements.
  4. Record, track, and manage support issues through the ticket management system.
  5. Escalate unresolved issues to senior support staff or development teams.
  6. Assist users with system navigation, updates, and configurations.
  7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  8. Maintain documentation for support processes, FAQs, and solutions.
  9. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and professionalism in communication.
  10. Perform periodic system checks, updates, and maintenance tasks.
