Job Description
  1. Manage the full recruitment life cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).
  2. Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  3. Source candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking.
  4. Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews to assess candidates’ skills and fit.
  5. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and interview panels.
  6. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate databases.
  7. Negotiate offers and manage onboarding formalities for selected candidates.
  8. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  9. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  10. Participate in campus hiring drives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
  11. Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, etc.).
