Job Description
  1. Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
  2. Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from stakeholders
  3. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  4. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews
  5. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  6. Maintain and update candidate records in ATS or recruitment trackers
  7. Negotiate salary and manage offer rollout and joining formalities
  8. Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
  9. Ensure timely closure of open positions
  10. Prepare recruitment reports and MIS
