Job Description
  1. Respond to customer queries and provide technical support through various communication channels (calls, emails, chat, or ticketing systems).
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  3. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and computer peripherals.
  4. Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or engineering teams when necessary.
  5. Maintain records of customer interactions and technical issues in CRM or ticketing tools.
  6. Follow up with customers to ensure problems are fully resolved.
  7. Prepare technical documentation, FAQs, and user guides.
  8. Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
  9. Provide product training or demos to users when required.
