  1. Conduct pump and motor performance testing.
  2. Perform testing as per technical specifications and standards.
  3. Record pressure, flow, RPM, power and efficiency parameters.
  4. Prepare test reports and maintain testing records.
  5. Identify performance deviations and troubleshoot issues.
  6. Coordinate with Production, Design and Quality teams.
  7. Ensure testing equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
