Job Description
  1. Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms.
  2. Write professional and persuasive business proposals tailored to client requirements.
  3. Communicate effectively with international clients via chat, email, or video calls.
  4. Negotiate project scope, timelines, and pricing with clients.
  5. Generate new leads, manage client relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
  6. Coordinate with internal teams (development, design, marketing, etc.) for project execution.
  7. Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into long-term business.
  8. Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets through consistent bidding and closures.
  9. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to improve bidding strategies.
  10. Maintain CRM records and prepare reports on business development activities.
